Other important tips I can give you is to spread out your meals, yes we have heard this before but do you actually implement it? Be very goal orientated, set daily, weekly and monthly goals along with your major weight loss goal. Doing this will keep you on track and motivated when things get tough. Make sure you don’t starve yourself, have plenty of healthy snacks on hand for when you need a quick bite to eat. If you can plan your meals for the day this will make things clear and you won’t be tempted to run to the shop for a snack of the wrong variety.
